The first 2010 Tyres4U Annual Golf day Tee’d of to a great start on Bonnie Doon’s par 71 championship course, on Tuesday 23rd February.  Bonnie Doon one of Sydney's Premier Golf Clubs was founded in 1897.  It is one of the oldest Golf Clubs in Australia and consistently ranked in the top six courses in Sydney.

This was Tyres4U's 8th Golf Day, since they commenced 4 years ago, with a further 3 state Tyres4U Golf Days taking place in February/April 2010:

Melbourne – Thursday 4th March 2010 at the Settlers Run Golf and Country Club, Cranbourne South
Brisbane - Wednesday 10th March 2010 at the North Lakes Golf Club, Bridgeport Drive, Mango Hill  
Perth - Friday 9th April 2010 at the Joondalup Resort Golf Club, Connolly   

Tyres4U had the pleasure of playing host to a very special mix of loyal customers from Sydney, Newcastle, Wagga & Coffs Harbour regions and we had a total of 52 people playing Golf on the day of whom, 19 played in the 18 hole Stableford Championship competition.

The winner and the lucky draw winner of the 18 hole Stableford championship of each state event along with their wife/partner will progress through to the National Final to be held at Moonah Links, Mornington Peninsula on the 1st & 2nd May 2010

Congratulations to the NSW state winner, Peter Katholos from Qantas and the lucky draw winner Jim Hetherington from Metro Tyre Service who are the State winners from NSW who played in the 18 hole Stableford Championship. Peter Katholos & Jim Hetherington along with their wife/partner will join other state winners at the National Final to be held at Moonah Links on the 1st and 2nd May.
